Do I need my own iPhones?
Yes. These are software plans. Connect your own iPhones to a Mac and use them with Tapkit. No special hardware required.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes the complete Tapkit experience: the Mac app, web app, API, and agent integrations. Choose a plan based on how many iPhones you want to use.
Do my iPhones need to be jailbroken?
No. Tapkit works on standard iPhones using Apple’s accessibility features. You don’t need to jailbreak them or enable Developer Mode.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings or contact support@tapkit.ai. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What if I need more than five phones?
